My name is Bryan Partika and I am a graduating senior at Point Park University in Pittsburgh. I am originally from Poland, Ohio and I am a double-major in Political Science and Journalism.
At Point Park, I am captain of the track and field team, while also being an All-Conference athlete on the track and an Academic All-Conference athlete in the classroom. I hold a 3.51 cumulative GPA and am recognized as a Daktronics NAIA Academic All-American.
I have a lot of experience in my college career so far. I interned on Capitol Hill for Congressman Tim Ryan (OH-13) where I gained valuable experience working in an elected official’s office. I am a Point Park Ambassador Coordinator, which means that I help lead and organize the freshman orientations and student affairs programs. I am a Point Park sports broadcaster for many of the sporting events at the university while also writing for the Pioneer Sports website. I also did freelance work for the Youngstown Boys & Girls Club.
Upon Graduation, I will be interning for the Allegheny County Office of Special Events and then begin pursuing my Masters of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs at Duquesne University.
